What does the open and triggered endstops means and how to connect normal 3 pinout mechanical endstops as i have not found any simple tutorial on net?????

Open - when a light switch is open the light is off.
Triggered - when a light switch is triggered the light is on.
Two of the most common end-stop sensors.
