Malyan M150 problem with inductive probe

Hi Guys

Last couple days fighting with my Z-probe (LJ18A3-8-Z/BX) and 3mm borosilicate glass. Look like those two things does not work together sad smiley

Probe is working on my stock aluminium bed, but I would like to use glass. Printing mostly PLA/TPU.
I was trying to put some metal tape between (https://www.woodies.ie/thermawrap-50m-x-50mm-foil-tape-1064013) bed and glass.

For now, last try is put some metal tape on the top of the glass, but then I need to change bed levelling from mash to some simplest levelling with just 4 points, which is not perfect.

Anyone had this issue before? Any hints how to use glass bed with inductive sensor?

Thank you for any help

You can wrap aluminum foil around the sensor head. That puts the sensor closer to it's triggerpoint and increases triggerheight.
If the foil is too low, the sensor already triggers in free air. Use the threads of the sensor to adjust foil height until it just doesn't trigger.

Maybe you also have to use thinner glass or a thicker heatspreader.
