MKS BASE v1.5 LED RGB PWM
October 10, 2018 02:56PM
Hello everybody,
this is my first post to this forum so sorry if there is such topic as this one. I have MKS Base v1.5 board and I want to use RGB LED strip. Currently I hooked up three signals which are required to run LEDs colors on three pin from EXP 2 socket and it works when I changed in Configuration.h pins. But I want to know is there any PWM pin available on board which I can use to set brightness of LEDs instead now ON or OFF? There are two analog pins available (A11 and A12) and digital D11 and D12 but they also are not PWM (or I am wrong?). If anyone can help, please smiling smiley

The mpu has 15 PWM lines

Pin used as.
Digital pin 4 (PWM) E1_MS2_PIN
Digital pin 5 (PWM) X_MS1_PIN
Digital pin 2 (PWM) x+ endsop
Digital pin 3 (PWM) x- endsop
Digital pin 6 (PWM) X_MS2_PIN
Digital pin 7 (PWM) E1 hotend
Digital pin 8 (PWM) bed heater
Digital pin 9 (PWM) fan
Digital pin 10 (PWM) e0 hotend
Digital pin 11 (PWM)
Digital pin 12 (PWM)
Digital pin 13 (PWM)
Digital pin 46 (PWM) Z_STEP_PIN
Digital pin 45 (PWM)
Digital pin 44 (PWM)

so see if you can track down where the ones I couldnt find go...
you might have to solder directly to the mpu to break them out.
