What is the easiest way to change the scale of a print? I am printing some objects for a friends HO train layout (1:.871). I have found STLs for a number of objects but are drawn in N or OO scale. Is there a simple way of scaling the print. I am using Repetier, and have Fusion 360.

Repetier has a scaling option, just above the list of objects in the workspace.

You can scale stl files in fusion360 too.
