Did anyone managed to fit a E3D Chimera on the CR-x / CR-10s or a other dual Nozze Hotend?? I just cant activate the second Heater in the Firmware... I use marlin 1.1.9 but I don’t know what motherboard I have to select, at the moment the heater nozzle 2 is ansingt to the connector of the part cooler fan

According to this github repo, it uses a melzi board:

Here are the options for Marlin 1.1.x:
[marlinfw.org]

I'd copy the melzi or melzi/creality config to a new config with a new #define name, then lookup the pin designations on the schematic here
[reprap.org]

and reconfigure the hotend1. That's how I did it with an older marlin version and a ramps board. I didn't want to loose the cooling fan so I used an external mosfet board to control the second hotend.

Uh i think that’s for the cr-10 but that machine is using a complete different board than the cr-x or the cr-10s

If you look at the example configurations provided with marlin [github.com]

You will see that one is provided for a Creality Cr-10s

Unfortunately I have no clue what to do and where do start, I have never worked with that marlin stuff that’s why I am looking for someone who has a working firmware
