I just built a Huxley kit from Tech Zone. so far so good. I am using Repsnapper. When I tell it to home all the X goes toward home then runs into it and keeps trying to go further. The Z only goes 3-4 revolutions and stops the mettle flag is not in the opto. the Y does not even move. it is warm and it sounds like it is trying but does not do anything. when I tell it to print the X works perfectly, the Y moves a few times and then stops, and the Z does not move at all. the extruder works perfectly though.
any ideas?
is there a way to actually test the optos with out running things into themselves?
