What is the best way to ream printed parts? Not the holes that you just drill them bigger but other shapes such as openings for hex nuts or hex bolts (M4?) in Wade’s extruder. Thank you so much for your help!

Sometimes, heating up a nut and pushing it into the hole is best. Especially if it's tight or too small. Stringers and the like I use the small blade on a Swiss Army knife.

Since starting one of the best purchases I have made is my Dremel (4000, but others are also good I hear). The kit I got with it had two bits for reaming but also several small cutters (this and this) These, at a low speed so as not to melt the PLA, I find pretty useful for enlarging holes and gaps.

Apart from that, a good utility (stanley) knife and a set of small needle files also help.
