Hi guys,

can anyone help me with this issue? just now i assembled this printer but the problem its coming like this:

no idea what that is meant to look like...

Have you set the VREF on your stepper drivers to match your stepper motors?

i just assembled the printer and i run but all the models like this.

I can not tell in which Axis of the Model is shifting on,

Though I would guess that the concentric nuts are over tightened.
The XY Axis should move freely with a light push if there is too much pressure on the Belts or rollers with concentric nuts this can cause layer shifting.
Factory bearing are packed in some cases with a thick grease I have found that this packing grease should be cleaned and silicone or penetrating oil should be used.

My bearing were not as bad though work much better after cleaning and re-lubing.

I tried a white grease an had more problems than the original packing grease.

Could you measure the printed and model height, do they match? It looks as though the z axis missed steps or the driver overheated, binding etc.
