What is the interaction between a Z min stop signal and a Z probe signal in different types of firmware? Specifically, what happens if no Z probe signal is received but the Z min signal is?
The reason for the question is that I have a method of probing with a piezo sensor which is able to give two signals, the first for a normal Z probe contact and the second if the first is not triggered by a good contact. I have Repetier firmware but would be interested in knowing how other firmwares treat this - assuming that both Zmin and Z probe are set up rather than using the Zmin signal as the Z probe.
