3D printer with Beagle bone Black

Hi everybody,

I have built a 3D printer with two extruders myself and since I already have a Beagle Bone Black controller I used this controller (BB with a BeBoPr ++ cape.
My question is :
Which firmware is best for my case (3D printer with 2 extruders using BBB controller? Has anyone tried with Marlin or RRF with BBB !?
