Beginner with DaVinci 1.0 parts, where should I start?

Hello everyone! I recently acquired and tore apart a friend's old XYZPrinting DaVinci 1.0. I saved what I felt was worth keeping, which was the electronics (i'll probably end up pitching most of those though), wires, power supply, cable organizer... things..,. stepper motors, belts, pulleys, smooth rods and various small pieces.

Given all these free parts, and my own monoprice mini delta, I figured I could use my mini delta and the parts to build a reprap on a discount. The thing is, I don't know which reprap I should start with

My only major desires for this printer are as follows:
  • a maximum of 52cm x 42cm width/length in overall printer size. My dwelling has a "space budget" and my desk is basically all I've got.
  • print area significantly higher than 110cm squared, I don't know much freedom/difference there is to building something that doesn't print much larger than my mini delta.
  • Heated bed. (I've had long prints warp without heat)
  • Can print most filaments, but I am ambivalent about whether it can print ABS or not.

First thoughts were the prusa i3, but I would really like to get as many parts as I can locally, and order only what I really need.

My DaVinci v1

Case 58 x 42 x 40 cm enclosed case
heated 220 x220 mm bed

replaced hot end and extruder
--- micro swiss like hot end with bowden extruder (I have Vstruder on it now)

Repetier firmware (Marlin also works well)

Prints great

--- meets all your requirements
except
your printer is a useless pile of junk now?
