I am thinking of moving from 12v to 24v. I am using a Bigtreetech SKR v1.3 which can be used with 24 volts. Will the rest of the components, 2209 drivers, stepper motors, and bed be used with 24 volts? Thanks.

Most will work with either 12 or 24 volt supplies.

You should be careful with the cooling fans most likely 12V the Hot-Bed ? could be 12V or 12/14 volt the Hot-end heaters 12V and not sure about on the 2209 drivers.

My main issue is that I have a 300x300 mm bed that will not go above 66C. I am currently using a server power supply that is 12v/52amps.
