2 in 1: 3D printer and PCB mill: BLTouch issue

Hi everyone, i have a homemade coreXY 3D printer running Marlin Firmware and i am wondering use it to PCB milling. My current issue it is the BLTouch. I made a plug and play hotend so i can detach one tool (the hotend and BLTouch) and then atach the Motor tool. This motor tool have the wires to power on the motor and for the touching probe, so instead black and white BLTouch's wires connected to the Z_min_endstop_plug i connected the probe, the printer do the homing but when dones return the error:

. And i know it is because the marlin cannot initialize the BLTouch, i can fix this changing the firmware but takes so long to re-upload the code and looses the plug and play idea. So i come here to see if theres any way to change between BLTouch and ussually probe by gcode or something.
