I just built a new corexy and im having trouble getting the steps right on my z axis i have two 1204 ball screws obviously 4mm pitch now starting with the stepper motors i have a 20 tooth gear on a nema 23 on a gt2 belt and attached to the ball screw is a 32 tooth gear im hoping one of you out there can calculate this easy i cant remember exactly but im somewhere in the ball park of 1240 steps i should mention im micro stepping 1/16

ratio 32/20 = 1.6

200*16 = 3200 steps per revolution. (for a 1.8 degree stepper with 1/16 microstpping)
3200*1.6 = 5120 steps revolution (account for the ratio)
5120/4mm = 1280 steps/mm
