Uniform Heated Chmaber

i am designing my own 3D printer, and i want to enable heated chamber in it that i have done with the firmware, but i need uniform heated chamber,
so please suggest me how can i make a uniform temperature in the chamber to get proper print.
i can make the changes in the body or the firmware please suggest me.

... or you control the temperature in the chamber with an external (industrial) temp-controller ...
