As the title said, what's the key point when you want to get your first 3d printer? Speed or others?

... this question could be some ten years too late -- today you have to decide between too much of options, beside the price smoking smiley

For me the most important question is do they comply with the marlin licensing. (ie to provide source for the machines where they use Marlin)

If not its a good indication its a a-hole company,

Creality is the big bad guy in this area.
