Working with a taz 5 and with both power switches off and I move the bed backwards or forward the blue back light comes on also when I move the tool head side to side, there is no power on but the light is still coming on any suggestions thanks

Don't do that!

When stepper motors are moved by mechanical means they generate electricity

This is very likely to destroy your electronics.

If you have to manually move the stepper motors do it slowly.

Thanks , I just thought it was strange my enders don't do it, this taz is a 24volt
