Run away nozzle temp

So I'm working on ender3v2 mostly stock had a problem with the therapister changed it with a new harness for both hot end heater and therapister now it will randomly change temps on both bed and hot end tried a factory rest to default and still am getting the problem temps go all the way up to 240 and 85 don't want to burn it down thanks

... if the thermistors have different specs, then you'll need a different temperature table too ... AFAIK the specs even of the same types can differ by something like 5% or 10%.
