PLA bushes

I have been re designing the PLA bushes for a Prusa i'm building, basically what I have done is make the base a bit fatter so that it can incorporate a capture nut M3 so that the bushes can be bolted to an aluminium bed and to the X carriage. I just need to tweak the cad drawing to move the nut down as at the moment the M3x10mm bolt I want to use only just touches the nut. Once I have done this I will post the .stl file somewhere for other people to use

I have re done the file and here is my new version of the PLA bushes for Prusa. I haven't actually printed this version yet but should work fine.

Edited this drawing and now it works for me really well. Have printed these and they can be attached using a M3x 10mm bolt to the X carriage and if you have a 5mm bed they are good for that too. For the Z axis the bolts might be a fraction long

Have done a new design that seems to be working better

The redesigned bushes I have made can also be bolted to the X motor bracket and the X idler bracket also using the same M3x10mm machine screws that hold the X carriage to the bushes, I am using M3x1omm socket head machine screws and have some M3x10mm countersunk machine screws to fix the aluminium print bed down with.

I thought the bushes would be quite tight but they move very smoothly, just need to finish the build so I can run it up
