help me find the blog about infill on gears

I'm having an issue where there is a decent gap between the perimeter and the infill in the teeth of printed gears.

I recall seeing someone's blog where they went into great detail about this very issue and how they fixed it... all my googling can't seem to find it again.

Is someone familiar with that page, or at least the topic?

I believe you want to turnoff all extra shells. (under the fill tab, set extra shells to zero) this results in one outer shell and the infill then goes into the teeth.

Ah, ok, that is probably the answer I was looking for. Thanks for the tip!

I was adding shells - thinking that would give a thicker tooth... I'll post back with results.
