I haven't yet visited their shop, but www.kierratys.net (en, fi) seems like the best place in the Helsinki area to get used electronics, other equipment, scrap metal, etc. I'm sure they would appreciate the ideology and current results of reprap and open source fablabs (and the CNC torch table at openfarmtech.org). We should definitely meet with them and discuss possibilites...
