Correct ThermistorTable.h for use with a thermocouple?

Hello great people!

Do any of you know what I should put in my Arduino Firmware's ThermistorTable.h if I'm using the thermocouple on page [reprap.org] instead of a thermistor? Also, do we use the same settings in reprap_host's properties for a thermocouple as we are supposed to for a thermistor?

Here are the pertinent properties, as I understand them, for a thermistor:

Extruder0_Beta(K) 550.0
Extruder0_Capacitor(F) 0.000003
Extruder0_Rz(ohms) 4837
