Host start-up with blank message box and empty windowss

When trying to start host (win7, 64bit) I get the blank message box and when hitting the OK button, I get the nest blank screen

A CMD screen, with the java start-up, is also running

Any suggestions ??

Note:
I do not have any printer (yet) and is just trying to ensure that all the software will run on my computer first

Solved.

I located a file in c:\users[username] called ".reprap" I just had to delete it and re-run the program and it created a directory instead of a file and it work.
