I tried download [
reprap.svn.sourceforge.net
] (by tortoiseSVN), but I was confused due to login/password lack. How can I obtain one?

you shouldn't need a username/password to check out the repository. try either leaving it blank, or checking an 'anonymous' option. its only required to check your changes back in, should you want/need to.
