Problema ramps

Saludos.

"All a4988 are powered by 5v,"

a4988 need 5v and a VMOT voltage commonly 12v or 24v volts.

Check you have power connected to BOTH RAMPS power inputs.
5A plugs is for stepper drivers and hot ends + mega when usb is not connected
11A plug is for hotend only,

Hello, thaks for the answer.
I have the ramps 1.6, It have only 1 conector for the power unit.
reprap ramps 1.6

Checking your diagram, I don't have 12v between vmot and GND. That is the problem, no motor is powered and the extruder does not have tension either
I try a program for arduino that is in reprap (I can't find the link), which tests all the outputs and moves the motors from one side to the other, and they didn't work either.

Ah yes I forgot that the 1.6 has one power plug

It also has surface mount fuses. F1 and F2. check them for continuity

I check both of them and both have continuity

Then it must have a board fault... a break in the 12v or the gnd line that feeds vmot.

Uuuuuuh, thank you very much for the help!
I'm going to buy another ramps today. Do you recomend me to buy the 1.6 again or should I buy the 1.4?
