Breaking Connections on Stripboard without Dremel?

What's the best way to break teh connections on stripboard "manually"?

Use the tip of a drill with a diameter just bigger than the track width and twist it with your fingers.

You can also get fancy tools, which is basically a drill with a handle. [shop.ebay.com]

I made my own by drilling through a dome nut, soldering the drill bit in place, and adding connector nuts as a handle. Works great if you have trouble gripping the drill bit by hand. Thinking about it, there is probably a 3d printable design out there somewhere.

Any sharp knife will do. Do two close cuts, about 0.5 mm apart, and you can scratch off the small stripe in between.
