Im going to purchase the 5V push solenoid it pushes around 2mm in distance, now i know there's a diagram to wiring it the ardunio but how will i go about putting it to the ramps board if possible and instead of the servo settings for the probe system everyone uses could i just use the servo pins they have 5v gnd and i can tell it when to turn on will that be possible

As this solenoid is far beyond 20 mA you'll have to use a MOSFET output. Typically, MOSFET outputs deliver 12V, because the same power supply powers the heaters, too.

The best choices would be to either find a solenoid for 12V or use something like a SevenSwitch (which can switch 5V, too). Additionally, as a solenoid is a coil, you need a MOSFET output with a flyback diode. AFAIK, only Gen7, SevenSwitch, Gen2OnABoard and STB electronics come with such a diode by default.
