These boards are commonly avalable
But there are no circuit diagrams (at least as far as I can tell)
So I reverse engineered it.

I did one too a while back from the schematic I found on the net, but I've slightly modified mine to protect the gate of the fet (with a zener) and improve the gate drive voltage when the supply is on the low end.
