Read the threads on the Seeedstudio's forums (if they're still up).
Unlike the cheaper and older dual channel one preceding it, this one turned out to be one big bag of issues.

i wonder if they are even working on that any more, i have the v2 of the first model it is far from a big one, but for the reprap project it has helped me allot.

i wonder why the newer one ended up sucking so badly, i have not read up on it too much, but i am seeing it in more places online for sale.
