SKR Mini E3 firmware issue

Hey all.

Sorry if this is an overloading first post, but I'm Really stuck

I'm using an SKR Mini E3 board in an Raise3D N2 printer. Using a stock Ender 3 screen.
I tried to flash the firmware with some changes to suit the hardware and design of the printer, but it seems to have backfired somewhat.

I've got two issues:
1. Upon setting the hotend temp the screen freezes and a loud beep eminates from the LCD.
2. 100k thermistor reading 0c when it's 7c in the garage.
3. When pressing Auto Home, the printer will move around 10mm in the X, Y and Z axis then stop.

I tried making some changes in the firmware and flashed the board, these were:
1. Setting Extruder stepper to reverse to suit titan extruder.
2. Setting X, Y and Z stepper in reverse to suit printer type.
3. Set thermistor to 100k type for hotend.
4. Changed thermistor type to 10k for the hotbed.

That is all the changes I made in the firmware.

I compiled it as the **********_bbt_512k version as every other one failed to compile.

It flashed onto the printer fine, I can move the steppers and they do the correct thing (won't home though).

It reads the temp incorrectly on the hotend.

The hotbed is yet to be connected

Does anyone have any advice or ideas why the hotend is refusing to heat up and alarms? It did work before with the stock SKR marlin debug firmware.

Sorry for the long post, I'm just stuck.
