Hey people,
I'm planning to build a very large 3D printer.
The printer should use a silicone Heatmat. 90x90cm / 220V / max. 140C temperature.
The silicone Heatmat will be powered externally. it should also be regulated by a digital temperature controller.
Can any of you guys give me recommendations for the purchase of the controller?

I use an AC mains powered heated bed in my large delta printer. I use the standard heated bed management in the Duet controller electronics and firmware to drive it via a zero-crossing DC-AC SSR. You should be able to use this approach with most types of controller electronics and firmware, just make sure that either the heated bed control is bang-bang, or if it is PID then it is using very slow PWM (1Hz or less).
