... you're moving speeds are way too fast, so the motor stalls ... reduce them by factor 10x and try again ...

Thanks for the suggestion, but I doubt it's that. It's been working fine under version 1.21 with the same config files (at a relatively modest 3000mm/min), and is OK again now that I've reverted back. But when I have another go at 2.02 I'll try lowering the homing speed to see if that helps.

Yes, steps/mm and every other setting are the same as they were under the 1.21 firmware, which is working OK. Are you successfully running RRF 2.02 on RADDS?
