MKS TFT 32 Firmware will not update

I load the firmware files onto the SD card as instructed and it only shows booting and not updating on the screen. Please Help

I have similar problem. I loaded firmware with 8gb SD card. Screen showed loading and updating as it should have to 100%. at end of update, Screen merely shown black with message indicating complete update( I dont remember exact wording). I unplugged USB cable to power down thinking it would reboot and work properly. unit now powers up and simply states"booting" on a black screen. Is there any way to restore to default or factory to try again? I thought I would check before opening new issue. my concern is that old firmware was erased in the process, and new firmware is corrupted somehow.
