you need to attach the actual configuration files, not just a picture of a few lines

Should be

#define MOTHERBOARD BOARD_RUMBA

number are for very old versions of the firmware...

How are you tring to test e2?

Your configuration says #define EXTRUDERS 1

so what are you trying to setup 1 hotend with 3 extruders?

no cant be that either as //#define MIXING_EXTRUDER so its disabled...
