MKS Base 1.5 and MKS TfT 2.8

Kinda confused here. Too bad there isn't more documentation
Latest version of Marlin
Updated firmware on TFT 2.8
Set baudrate yada yada yada smiling smiley
I don't have anything hooked up to board, but how do I know it is communicating?
Need to define something in Marlin?

Matched baud rate and SERIAL_PORT 0 in configuration.h is all you need

The MKS TfT 2.8 not a screen, it is a simple controller with touch screen.
It is connected to rx0/tx0 (ie serial 0) of the reprap controller.

When you select something it just sends the related gcode over serial.

It's a ribbon cable and its keyed can only go in 1 way
