RouterStrap 3D printer using your own CNC machine.

Well today I managed to get the CNC machine working off the back of the Sanguinololu Controler board and pretty happy with the results.

I am documenting all the steps I did on my travels with this one, in the hope that it may help others that want to use the existing RepRap Controllers/Firmware and Software to use their normal CNC machine as a 3D printer.

Please feel free to look through the threads at [www.cncdudez.co.uk] for more information.

Also I popped a video up showing my Desktop CNC machine working with the Sanguinololu Controller/Sprinter software and Printrun software.

Hi Kevin

Sorry I missed this thread, I must of forgot to click follow topic.

We have came on leaps and bounds since first making a Sanguino Breakout add-on to now a fully blown Sanguino Breakout PCB so people can use their existing Stepper Drivers with the 3D printing firmware.
