China laser 15W - trouble - laser still burn for 100% of power

Hi all,

Two years ago I bought a "cheap china laser" - It is 15W ACAN A12, it worked well, but yesterday I was centering the wood block and in middle of centering laser start burn for 100% of power (standard for centering is 2%) and I can't stop it or decrease it => block was destroyed. I had to uplugged from power. After this is problem still same when I connect power laser start burn for 100% of power and I can't do nothig. With original software "acan 0.00625-5.2". I just can move with laser but I can't do nothing with laser power.

Do you know what's happened?
Do you have any expirience?
Please help.

... seems the driver electronics broke -- search another driver and adjust the max. current accordingly for the laserdiode type (should be a 3.5W-diode with 2.3A recomendet max. power -- max 2.1A for higher lifetime).
