... actually developing a 0,4mm-fiber-adapter for the 200Watt-diode with "random found parts" from the local tool store 
Here the original parts, cut/lathed/drilled/tapped in shape and pre-assembled:
"Reworked" for better justage with the fiber and a piece of armoured hose:
Here only for the camera - without the armoured hose and remote collimating/focussing head:
