Hey guys,

New to the forum here, been operating the LVD orion series 4020 laser machine for a while now. However recently got a job to cut 2.8mm clear plexi and having problems not getting clear edges, they seem to be burred and hazy. Anyone know of a method to improve the edge clarity?

... which laser power?

With plexi the cutting depth and edge accuracy is mostly related to energy and cutting speed ...
