choosing 2W laser diode + driver

HI guys, i have played a lot with my regular prusa and 300mw ir laser module, it was fun to engrave some text, etc... But now i need to cut balsa wood around 2mm, and some depron board, for my hobby rc planes etc.
So here is the problem, i can`t decide which one i need
cheapest one

and any TTL driver , like this

and drill big CPU heatsink, or even add some peltier module, i have i few laying around

or just buy some "all in one module" with heatsink like this one [www.ebay.com]
or you know better ,proven laser module for around same price.
And one more , there is " three element glass lens " and G2 lens, which one is better for me? cheaper?...

I think you can take a look at the aliexpress ,their are many producs like these.Of course ,you can buy from the ebay.

Dtr's laser shop for your laser. You want an M140 laser diode and not the A140. He is a very big deal on the laserpointer forums. You want a flexmod P3 driver. You can get them at innolasers.com but always email to see if they are actually in stock. They sell out and don't get them back in stock for months. If they are out Dtr may one.
