generating gcode file from stl and obj file by CMD command prompt in windows 10

Hi,
Installed with Cura-15.04.3 and want to generate gcode by CMD command prompt in Windows
While running CuraEngine -s "C:\path\to\STL File\" I'm getting the below output:-

Please let me know how can I get a correct gcode file
