Update: Indigogo has suggested that we seek legal help in this matter, also many people are reporting various software compatibility issues and hardware problems. There are pictures of cold solder joints and so far at least one person has had their printer expel magic blue smoke and stop working. I'm sure down the line the creators will fix these issues but I will never give them more money given the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced/seen. They have so far not addressed these issues and don't seem to care about the people that trusted them with their money.
