Build me a portable KINECT Sensor 3D Scanner with Large screen WiFi - 3G

I want it ALL , has anyone got close to....

A portable handheld Kinect sensor with a tablet display , SD card and WIFI/ 3G , maybe in a new "box" that does not have speakers

So I can walk around , scan something interesting and see that I got it all on a tablet screen...then.take the SD card back to the shop and print it out

which Kinect Sensor to start with Version 1 or V2 ? They are $30-$100 on craigslist
most of the work has been done with the original , but V2 has much better specs ,

Portable : Bristol University in the UK , did one years ago, but boards are better and faster now.....
here is what I would like:
Sd card storage , WiFi / 3g ,
Using Cell phone batteries which are charged by a mini/micro USB plug ,

Cell phone or camcorder batteries are cheap and can be switched out in a minute or2

Not being able to see what you are scanning can leave your imagewith holes and no data ,
so a tablet screen would be nice 5-7-10 inch size depending what you were doing with it,

is there a Kinect Forum that is working on things like this ?
