I do not see the BQ Ciclop scanner in the usb devices.

Can someone help, I do not see the BQ Ciclop scanner in the usb devices.
there is a red light on the lower of the 2 mother boards.

I dont know what to do I have plugged it into a windows 10 and a windows 8.1 computer.
