Software for Microsoft Windows 10

I have purchased the 3d scanner; (that came in bits to be assembled coloured red). The camera works fine, however if I wanted 2d photos I have better cameras at home. The issue is with the 'HORUS' software the suggest to download and use is no longer available for Windows.

So my question is have I bought a piece of junk? or is there other software out there (as looked and cannot find any) in order to setup this scanner and actually use it?

I know have another issue, where the turntable does not turn!!

You do need an external power supply... not just the usb cable.

Usb to laptop and a 12v dc power adaptor.

Well now your into the level of electronics...

Since this is second hand we have no idea if it ever worked or not... so have to check everything.

firstly take a good clear high res photo of the controller.. and put it online somewhere to view.

Want to check things like stepper module exists, is plugged in correct way etc.
