If my WadesExteruder is going hissssssTIC-hissssssTIC and while ticking is turnable by hand am i looking at worn-out motors, broken drivers or too-tight filament/e-Feedrate??

Its not extruding nearly enough for the models i print, they come out like piles of lumpy spiderweb despite being awesome only 3 days before.
