3 axis cnc parts expanded pvc compared to lazer cut?

I seen reprap sells the 3 axis cnc parts for 125$ would I have the acuracy to do circuit boards with that would the lazer cut parts allow me to do that better?
How about a Expanded pvc version it would proably be cheeper for them to make the same parts and pass the afordability on.
I seen the expanded pvc at budget robotics.

Laser cutting PVC is not advisable and I assume that expanded pvc would be the same. What are you planing on cutting you pcbs with?
