Z Belt tensioner - how to adjust?

I got a lasercut Z belt tensioner from Bits From Bytes and have just put together the Z belt around it. My question is stupidly simple: how do I adjust it in-situ? It is currently set up to be tight but not tight enough

I know this is a stupid question but I've already broken part of the lasercut part just putting it together so I'd rather have some instructions as I have realised that I substitute experience for force and tend to break stuff if I don't know what I'm doing :-)

Adjust the main long bolts by moving the nuts that are against the clamp on the diagonal rods i.e. push the bearing away from the diagonal rod and into the belt to make it tighter.
