Hey everyone! So what are the drowbacks of moving a corexy assembly in the x, y, and z axis and not moving the print bed? This would allow for a heavier, higher quality heated bed.
What you gain on the one side you loose on the other. If all three axis movements need to be combined you get a heavy mechanism that will not move fast and needs to be even heavier if it needs to move precisely. It also is costlier to do such a complex XYZ setup.
