Troubles with the second extruder

Hi
Sorry if i use the international section instead of the italian one but i need support to fix a problem.

Yesterday i tried to print using also the second extruder but the motor just produce noise. The sound is like the motor start loosing steps so i tried to change the motor, the driver, the wire... nothing change (of course the motor work well if i connect to E0).

The board is a MKS 1.4(MK4duo 4.3.1), i tried with TC2100, A4988 and DRV8825; AWG26-24-22 cables... but i experience the same result, the motor loose steps.

Need I a new board?

Can you extrude filament by turning it by hand? If not it might not be the extrude but the hotend.

yes, the hotend work fine, also the motor if connected to the E0 and the E1 driver work if placed on E0 so i think is the board....
